This is a development on St Anne’s Close in Lincoln- next to the hospital. It was completed in May 2020 and comprises of six two bedroom homes with parking and electric vehicle charging points. Works included:

• Piled foundations
• Gas membrane and ground contamination works
• In-house timber frame design and construction
• Fully project managed for the client from start to finish

Boss provided a full turn-key service for this project of 4 timber frame houses built on Newark Road in Lincoln. Works included:

• Ground contamination and gas membrane works
• Domestic sprinkler system
• In-house timber frame design and construction
• Completed on time and within budget to the client’s specification
