This project was a complete renovation of an existing period home, with a large rear extension in Sleaford. It involved major structural steel works to the existing house and a new timber frame extension. The whole property was finished to a high specification, giving the clients a stunning home.

The work carried out on this house doubled the size of the original property. Situated in the popular village of Washingborough, it comprised of a two storey side extension and a large rear extension; all built in timber frame. The existing property was completely refurbished to the same high standard as the new space, to create a beautiful family home.
